Exchange & Returns
Buyer has a right to return a full value goods bought through the Internet, provided he sent a statement of withdrawal within 14 consecutive days. The Buyer is obliged to return such goods immediately, not later than 14 days of the date of his statement of withdrawal. Date of sending constitutes the date of return. Seller refunds the whole price including postage – but not more than the cheapest rate he offered the Buyer. The Buyer is held responsible for diminishing the value of goods by using it to the extent beyond what is necessary to find out the character, features and functioning of the goods being faulty. There is no possibility to use the return for exchanging goods for other size/color/pattern.
The exchange is constituted by Buyer sending back the goods and ordering other, that suits his needs. The Statement of Withdrawal form can be found attached at the bottom of this page.
All Helikon-branded products are covered with a 2-year warranty. The Buyer has a right to file his Warranty Complaint with either the Manufacturer or the Seller. For the Warranty Complaint to be claimed successfully, the Buyer has to submit the Proof of Purchase (receipt, invoice, card or bank transfer statement etc.). Should the Warranty Complaint be acknowledged, the Buyer is entitled to be refunded the postage. The Seller is obliged to address the Warranty Complaint within 14 days. Lack thereof constitutes the acknowledgment of the Warranty Complaint. The Warranty Complaint form can be found attached at the bottom corner of this page.
